Having employees with the ability to speak another language is so important in today’s global economy. We understand that, and promise to do whatever we can to assist you in achieving that goal. We don’t take it lightly the responsibility of teaching your employees a language that in turn will make them more valuable to the company, and as a result make the company have a more global appeal. We understand that you are investing resources into training your staff, and we want to make sure that your resources aren’t wasted. Too often we hear from people that have taken company classes and still don’t speak the languages they studied. Why? Because they had no motivation, and language class became a great way to relax in the middle of the work day. We like to do something that is called “positive accountability.” Learning a language under the threat of punishment never really works out that well. However, if you give an employee an incentive to continue with language classes, it gives them the drive to study, and it makes the whole idea of learning a language a lot more fun. We commit to partner with you to create such an incentive, a reward for doing their studies and attending class weekly. We are very flexible with the format and location of classes. Just let us know what you need and we will gladly adjust to your preferences. |
